Downtown Works
Description: Providing low interest loans and technical assistance to new and current businesses in Downtown Rhinelander.
The Downtown Works program is intended to help facilitate new business startups, existing buisness expansion and necessary repairs to foster growth.

- Downtown Rhinelander, Inc. (DRI)
All loans through this program are to be used for businesses located within the Business Improvement District. Loans range from $1,000 to $20,000 at a fixed rate of 1% to 3% with flexible repayment terms. Minimum loan fee.
